Who does our artwork?
All of our artwork is made by our in house designer and screen printing specialist, Stone. Stone specializes in Vector graphics, making your logo or graphic ideas come to life.
Why can't you use a photo file for my artwork? Why do you need a vector?
Vector art is infinitely scalable, giving a clean look to your design in print. If it looks pixelated on your computer or a print out, it will be pixelated on your t-shirt!
What is the turnaround time for custom artwork?
This comes down to the complexity of the artwork. Typically for most designs, it takes between 3 and 14 days to get your artwork to you from the date of payment.
Do you offer mock ups?
All of the products we make will have a digital mock up sent to you for approval before we ever go to production.
What type of artwork is needed?
In most cases, we like to work with Vector Artwork. This is going to typically be a file type named AI, SVG, EPS or PDF file. Not all vector files contain true vectors, so be sure to check with who designed your pre-existing artwork to make sure it is a true vector.
Can you make a vector of my existing logo for me?
Yes! Typically our designer Stone can have your image traced into a true vector for a set fee fairly quickly.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited! We offer unlimited revisions of your artwork to make it perfect for you. With that said, we do NOT offer unlimited redesigns, which is why we always like to start with reference art. We can always tweak and change what we come up with for you (changing design elements, fonts, colors), but we cannot start from scratch again.
Do you offer sketches or artwork samples?
Typically we do not offer sketches or artwork samples of your artwork. All of our artwork is custom and can be very time consuming. If you would like to view some of our previous artwork, check out our Facebook, Instagram or the "OUR WORK" page here on our website.
How much does artwork cost?
Each and every design is unique, with a set artwork fee per design. Our team will work with you to see what you want before we start the design, and give you a set quote for the artwork. All artwork fees are to be paid up front.
Do I get to keep the artwork?
At Landstone Designs, we believe that you get what you pay for. ALL artwork that has been paid for is completely yours, including all file formats and images. Need a file in the future after we've designed your logo or artwork? Just shoot us an email!
Can I supply my own art?
As long as it is a true vector file, yes. We may however have to slightly tweak some designs to make sure they will print properly with our processes. Not everything that looks good on a screen looks good in physical print!
